For maximum accuracy of temperature and humidity readings in warm and hot climates, the Wireless Vantage Pro2 Plus with fan-aspirated radiation shield is a must. The anemometer transmitter kit allows you to place the anemometer in a location different than the rest of the sensor suite.

Anemometer Transmitter Kit:

• A solar powered transmitter with battery back-up
• Transmits up to 1,000-feet outdoors, line of site and 200 to 400-feet through walls
• Laser calibrated rain collector meets WMO guidelines
• Temperature and humidity sensors are inside a radiation shield, for protection from radiated or reflected heat, increasing reading accuracy
• A rugged Anemometer registers wind speed and direction
