      I like the large display with both Fahrenheit and Celsius scales. Large numbers, easily visible 2° increments, useful temp range (who needs a scale that goes from -40° to +140°?) and it covers a wide sweep (270°). It's made of real glass & metal. Remember that stuff?

          When I was installing the thermometer the glass cover popped out and shattered. I called hayneedle and they said no problem. With any argument they promptly sent a no charge replacement.

          Dial is very easy to read and it appears to be accurate.
